First Main Exam on April 02

Dear students, 

There will be a test (the first main exam) on Week 7 (ie April 02). 

Revision program:

• Listening comprehension and Vocabulary on the reports "Tony Blair and Slavery" and "Blood Diamonds"
• Phrasal Verbs: the entire handout (5 chapters)
• Grammar: Test 1 & Test 2 

Should you be absent on that day, if you cannot sincerely justify your absence, you will get a zero and/or end up in "contrôle final".  There will be no catch-up session whatsoever!

HOMEWORK FOR WEEK 6 (March 26): 

• False Friends (exercises 1 to 4) 
• Test 3 (Questions 1 to 10)

• Vocabulary: Government and Politics (2 pages ie pages 294-295)
• Phrasal Verbs: pages 1, 2 & 3
• Grammar: Test 1

Should you be absent on that day, if you cannot sincerely justify your absence, you will get a zero and/or end up in "contrôle final". There will be no catch-up session whatsoever.

Homework for March 12:

• Grammar: Test 2 (Questions 11 to 20)
• Reading Comprehension (2 texts)
• Blood Diamonds (listening comprehension, vocabulary + questions)
